Calendar of Events

June 8, 2010 –

9 am to 4pm will be working on Comfort quilts; lunch provided.

Bring sewing machine,cutters, mats and basic sewing supplies.  Brightly colored, kid friendly prints to made quilts for the hospital and socail services. Any pattern is fine.  If you cannot attend the quilting bee; maybe you could

make one at home and bring to the June meeting.

July 13, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
Carol Charles from the valley will be our guest speaker. She is involved with Primitive Gatherings Quilt Shop located in Menasha.  A wonderful quilter and author of two quilt books along with Lisa Bonjean.

August 10, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
Darlene Zimmerman will be our speaker and her lecture will be “From Ho-Hum to Wow.”

August 11, 2010 – “Sunday Best Quilt” class by Darlene Zimmerman

September 14, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
Debbie Austin owner of The Glass Onion, located on College Ave. in Appleton. Debbie will wow us with a bead show.

October 12, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
Two of guild members, a mother / daughter team, will share with us their talents.

October 16, 2010
Class on Fractured Quilts will be offered.  See sign-up board for available slots.

November 9, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
Go from table to table for a variety of short demonstrations by our very own guild members.

December 14, 2010 – Guild Meeting 6:30 pm
